Do not trust curry pc world. They have failed to pay correct cashback amount on OLED TV. Almost a year now and still no resolution.

If will never use Currys / PC World again. I purchased a laptop just after Christmas where there was a special offer of £40 cashback. I queried it with TopCashback in Feb and I was told I needed to wait until it was confirmed. I then left it until the middle of June (to give them plenty of time) and I was then told I had missed the window to claim (as PC World had only paid me £4!!!!). I will NEVER USE them again.

Currys are the worst for paying out. I've gone through three different cashback sites to buy items on four occasions. Every time I have to chase up payment. This time it took 30 week's to get payment. If they don't want to pay, get off cashback sites.

Criminal. I have been waiting 10 months for cash back of £100 on QLED TV and they have made everything excuse not to pay. The claim is still being persued but they are completely unhelpful. They will suck you in with an offer then refuse to pay out.
