Eventually 5 * ..Initially was declined but then it was re-instated before I questioned it and the payment has been paid..took about 4 monthst had bee reinstated and then Cb was pain.

They never honour cashback. I have yet to receive cashback from them for any purchase. It is always denied. I have quiered them all and waiting years to hear back. Really poor of Currys and topcashback should be intervening .

Had to lodge a missing cashback claim which after months of no response they then declined it. I spent a lot of money on a washing machine from them by clicking through TopCashback and I received no explanation. Also had trouble with delivery. First and last time I shop with Currys PC World.

Pays reasonably quickly on normal white goods, but reject paments on NowTV Voucher cards, They are classed as a gift card even if they are for own use.

Very slow and not responsive to clear and precise off of cashback. A substantial purchase in May '19 is now the subject of a claim and still un resolved end of July '19. Nudge set to the TC team and still to hold currys to thier terms of participation. Really if Currys view this as a promotional tool then they need to react and follow through on thier obliged terms far faster than is evident. In otherwords don't rely on cashback from currys if you can buy it from Amazon.

Purchase made last November with a promotional rate of around 6% offered (it's so long ago now that I can't remember exactly). The tracked rate was shown at 1% but the small print advised that this would be rectified when payable. After submitting a support ticket I was advised that I was advised to check back in at a later date (despite 27 weeks having elapsed) and when I queried the rate being tracked I was advised it was now too late to challenge it as it had passed the date for which it could be addressed despite the cashback not being recorded as payable at the time of my original request. Very frustrating.....
