Poor: Declined my cashback after 3 months for no reason. Then had to prove that I had bought a dishwasher (they knew that) and then waited another 3 months for the cashback!

Dreadful. Eventually received £4.99 cashback after more than 6 MONTHS. A straightforward purchase - yet I had to raise a missing cashback claim which was declined by Currys after waiting months, and with nmo explanation. Only got the cashback after persisting. What a waste of my time.

Poor. Made a very large purchase expecting 2% cashback. Was only awarded 1%. Submitted claim, refused to pay out what was advertised. Will not be buying from Currys again, if I can avoid it. Be aware if they have a promotional higher percentage cashback offer that states will initially track at a lower rate; it probably won't get uplifted.
