Purchased a washing machine and paid to have my old one to be taken away. Paid in full for the washer, on NO finance plan or anything. Now I am waiting for my cashback from them - but they refuse, citing "Terms and Conditions have been broken". I cannot see how accepting a washer and having the old one taken away has broken the T&C - they will not confirm what the issue was. Still waiting for the cashback nearly a YEAR on. I refuse to buy from Curry's again for this - stay away.

Dont bother. They dont pay out and then cite "T&C not met" as their reason without specifying which T&C. Never using TCB and Currys again.

TV purchased 21 months ago. Cashback claim was tracking normally but then declined. Have been fighting ever since without any joy. Provided a receipt, the reservation number for collection etc. I even have screenshots of the offer, the click through and the purchase. Very disappointed with Currys PC World and now shop elsewhere for electricals.

My £70 cashback was declined due to Order number starting from PC (PC World). Order was placed via Currys website so cashback can be declined for any reason. Not worth it and I will not buy from Currys anything. There are better retailers that have clear rules and not making up excuses to not pay the cashback.

Purchasing online for pick up was easy and straight forward. But the guy who 'assisted' me when I picked up from store was very pushy and hurried and provided very short non-helpful answers to my questions, felt like he just wanted to me get out of the way, not great customer service.
