2 recent purchases, both tracked at the correct value (totalling about £140), then both reduced to £5 each on going payable. Obviously, claims have been raise for both, but not a great experience.

Made to wait almost 6 months for payment which was paid at the incorrect amount. Queried with Topcash back took almost 4 months for the correct amontt to be agreed, then stated would not be payable for upto 20 weeks this would have meant i would have had to wait about 14 months for payment !! Pointed this out to Topcash back and they payed cashback out to me and will reclaim from Currys. If you do use Currys or Topcash back keep a close eye on the amounts eventually paid and be prepared to wait!! My advice don't bother.

For both large purchases I made the cashback initially tracked correctly but then dropped significantly when it became payable (which took around 6 months)
