We bought a Sony tv last January with a special offer of 10% cash back it was over £700 so thought it was a good offer but only received 1% cash back up to now customer service is still looking into this

The amount paid in cash back is 20% less than paid to currys because of VAT, this is not made clear at the time of purchase or claim.
