Twice now I've had claims declined with no good reason given. Expensive purchases too. Sure, it's worth it if they pay out. But i wouldn't base any purchase decision on cashback as they only pay out if they feel like it!

Generally good experience with cashback tracking and payment. My only criticism is that it doesn't show the correct cashback amount initially (if it's more than 1%) which you have to keep an eye to make sure Currys do uplift to the correct amount based on the qualifying order and cashback offer at the time of ordering.
