It took nearly 2 months to track, but the cashback has just been confirmed and now I'm just waiting for the cashback to become payable. So aside from the wait, mustn't grumble really. Plus I got a further 5% off so if you have the patience Curry's is worth it.

reserve & collect order tracked and showed cashback amount as expected and I supplied store receipt number as required. Currys set this to 0 when it actually became payable. I would not recommend this retailer.

My computer was ready for my collection and the sale was processed quickly. Unfortunately was not informed that although my new laptop came with integrated Windows 7 this was only for a 60-day trial so felt slightly deceived.

This was a click and reserve and has been approved after 8 weeks. Not too bad this time but I'm chasing one from 9 months ago for a Currys click and reserve transaction. Be warned it might never happen.
