Tracked with no problems. Item is great and delivery was much better than expected. They phoned me at work 30 mins before delivery, I went home and they were there waiting. Excellent.

Currys are terrible at cashback. First time I used them didn't track but the manual claim did work eventually even though I had a refund on the laptop as it was returned to them three times.
Second time I used them didn't track again. Manual claim submitted with all the details and still waiting since 23/10/2008 - yes 2008!
Rubbish do not use at all!

Purchased an item from collect and reserve at the end of December and still waiting for it to be tracked. Disappointing as I used Curry's in order to get cashback. Item purchased was a good price, but only when taking the cash back into consideration, could have equalled it elsewhere. Also found that the special 'deals' offered to topcashback in December for certain electrical items, didn't work, kept saying that the code was out of date, even though the advert still gave it as in the time frame.

Bought a microwave from Currys and were thrilled with the purchase. The price was very competitive, website was easy to use and purchase itself was quick and easy.
The item was delivered as promised two days later by an excellent courier. The item works perfectly and was a great buy. We would definitely use Currys again.

Currys were extremely slow in reporting the transaction.
Only after asking TCB to chase them, several weeks after the initial 'where's my cashback please' request to TCB did Currys finally cough up an agreement to pay the outstanding £22.15 CashBack

The delivery was quick but failed to track, had to chase for cash back. I got two separate orders from Currys and had to chase both, the first one has been outstanding since 23 October, the second one from 27 October has become payable.
