Bought a TV in 2021 worth over £1000, refused to pay the cashback. 2023 after much chasing they still denied my request after second review. Very poor.

I'm another example of Currys declining cashback for a genuine transaction. Lots of that happening recently - end of the financial year and budget spent?? When will TCB see all these reviews and do something about them..? In the meantime, I'll avoid Currys.

Weaselled their way out of 1% cashback
So after the cashback was put on ice for several months they have decided that I shouldn't get £2.75 as it wasnt the last click, or whatever...Their decision is final etc. Is it even worth it nowadays

Poor merchant
Currys is a very poor partner for top cahs back- The seem to include offers then decline the cashback request Ive had two in the past year - one of which was sorted, but another has been ongoing now for at least six months. It seems that if its a small cashback they will pay but anything over £25 say for a TV then forget it

Incorrect cashback applied
Incorrect purchase value was used and was around 1/3 less than the true value. Top cashback will not allow me to raise a support ticket as it was over 90 days ago presumably. Not worth the time and effort. Better off using a cashback credit card.

Turned down my cashback claim because they apparently couldn't be sure Top Cashback was the source of the purchase. £30 lost from the same company who sent me a 'please come back' voucher that was supposed to be worth £30 and at checkout was only worth £10. So I didn't use the voucher and bought the item through Top Cashback, then Curry's refused to pay out the cashback. Highly dishonest business practices, won't be buying anything from them again.

Useless if you need to dispute a claim, it's been a full year and they haven't responded to my claim that a purchase was tracked at the wrong amount. Apparently nothing TopCashback can do either as it's on Curry's side to look into it
