	Dreadful Company. Cashback constantly declined for no reason. Cashback constantly declined despite clearing cookies. Won’t every be using them again other than popping into their shops to see what the product looks like and will buy elsewhere online!

	Awful at tracking orders, and quick rejection if it does track Recently moved house and needed to purchase several white goods, and larger electrical items. Placed orders two items to be delivered which did not track at all. The third order was a collection, placed the order fine, cashback tracked this time but has since been rejected for unknown reasons...

	Cashback was never paid The cash back was never paid. I contacted TopCashBack customer service multiple times with no response. Awful service.

	Never pay correct amount They either declined your cashback or pay a third of what you are supposed to get , I spent 1500 on fridge and freezer cashback was supposed to be £51.30 they paid me £11.30

	Disappointed with the cashback process with Curry! I have a missing cashback outstanding for more than a year. Yet, a resolution cannot be attained. This is a nightmare! Curry is the only retailer that my friends and I have the missing cashback issues thus far! I lose my confidence to shop with Curry!

	Cashback Currys owe me 74 and wont pay it despite a clear audit trail and a receipt and topcashback just accept it and walk away saying its up to the retailer. I could have bought my tv locally for the same price but I didn't due to 74 cashback. I really don't know what I get for my topcashback membership since they won't tell me what they have done to resolve this, all they do is apologise.

	Untrustworthy. I made a £12 purchase on Currys and they declined it for no apparent reason. Still good to buy from, but cashback? Nah.

	no cash back refund I have online purchase for 3 orders under top cash back web site. But they only can claim for 1 order, the other 2 orders they don't give it back. It's cheating.

	Declined my cashback even though I did nothing wrong I placed a very big order and have been waiting for my cashback for 4 months, and then it was declined. I've thought all along that Curry's would weasel out of paying my cashback and they have, and there's nothing I can do about it. Next time I need appliances I'll try AO :(

	Didnt get the Extra % advertised for buying a PC Monitor Avoid this retailers offer of boosted cashback on certain product categories e.g TV's, monitors, laptops ect as they will act disingenously and issue you the lowest rate cashback they currently offer. Monitors where specifically on 4.5% cashback while the generic cashback for any purchase was 1%, I purchased a monitor as specified and instead of the 4.5% award was given 1%. Just use another retailer instead of relying on the fake cashback promises of these cowboys.

	Declined claims seem to becoming a regular thing! For the second time, my cashback has been declined by Currys who have said that I didn't visit their website through Top Cashback. Absolute rubbish! I did, on both occasions. It seems convenient for them that I've made some very big purchases and had my claims declined. Next time I'll use AO.

	Cashback decreased without reason After 2 months of waiting for cashback it got reduced from around 40£ to 7.95£ without any reason. Not fair

	Worst retailer ever I've been waiting over a year for the correct amount from these shysters! Promise you 7% but give you 1% on a £400 TV. Headline grabbing creeps. Do not!! Expect the correct cashback from these chancers. Avoid!!!
