	Cashback was a real struggle this time I did eventually get my cashback, but this was only by Top Cashback paying it themselves. Previously, they did pay with only minimal chasing. You really need to monitor cash back to make sure you get it.

	Constantly declines cashback Do not rely on Currys to pay cashback. For big transactions the cashback never tracks and claims are always refused with the allegation that TCB was not the last channel used. It's just not true but TCB seem powerless to do anything about it.

	Very happy about cashback experience with Currys Currys paid cashback as promised on Topcashback. It did took sometime but came back all good so very happy.

	Go elsewhere Large transactions always get refused for fake reasons , even if you open a case with top cash back curry’s won’t pay. Cheaper to go elsewhere and save the cash back headache. Experiences like this put me off TopCashback and the retailer

	Oh dear Purchased a printer with 10% cashback. On the site, the items were 10% off. OK, maybe a bit cheeky to expect both, but there was no indication that the price on site would not attract cashback. Transaction tracked at low amount, with a message to say that "it would be uplifted". Eventually declined. TCB advice is not to rely on cashback when making purchase decisions: absolutely - only discount cashback with merchants who have decent, recent reviews for giving cashback. Currys is NOT one of those.

	DO NOT Expect Correct Cashback Had this issue with currys multiple times now. They lure you in on this site with the promise of bonus cashback for say laptops or PC monitors often in a range of 3-7% - however you will receive the bare MINIMUM cashback of 0.5-1%, do not fall for the trick. Even if you submit a case to TopCashBack you will not get your money. Save a cashback headache and buy elsewhere!

	nothingtosay Cashback was declined. One of only two retailers ever to have incorrectly done this out of my two hundred or so transactions, and in combination with the spate of recent reviewers having the same problem it would seem they no longer wish to pay.

	Slow Takes ages to receive cashback (at least 4 months). Also, a high percentage i.e. 10% would be displayed but by the time the cashback is payed out, they only pay 1%

	Prices can be good, but they refuse to give cashback Have bought a couple of times from them and they always deny me cashback so I won't count on getting it from them. Shameful.

	Currys or ID?! Cashback refused. My guess is because I got multiple messages from Currys and Id with similar info post purchase. They are the same company but seem content to let cashback disappear within their over complex admin.

	wrong purchase amount and fake 10% cashback promotion I brought my PS5 and FIFA 23 on 3/March/23 because of topcashback curry promotion. Total price paid (inc VAT): £518.99, but the confirmed cashback is 0.33!

	Tracked but declined Like lots of others, tracked but declined for no good reason, everything followed so it should pay. Looking at recent reviews this process of declining most purchases from this retailer is becoming the norm. Topcashback should remove this retailer to protect its users.
