	Cashback Tracking Just curious if anyone's large Black Friday cashback offers automatically tracked with Currys or not ie. 20% on All TVs Did anyone have a successful quick tracking come through ?

	Scamming customers, declining cashback for no good reason. Avoid this retailer, TopCashBack should remove them due to number of people getting declined despite following the right steps and within T&Cs. I will chase TCB for the money or find a way to return the item, They are scamming people by declining cashbacks on larger purchases for no apparent resonable reason.

	Terrible! Wanted to take advantage of 20% off large kitchen appliances during black Friday sales. £1800 spend afforded me a little over £300 in cashback as shown in my profile. This has since been adjusted to £30.. essentially covering delivery costs. Extremely disappointed!!

	Dont want to give even a star I have purchased items from currys many times via Topcashback. And none of them I could get the cashback. They just declines any reasons. Absolutely no point to use them :/

	Declined cashback although I'm a veteran user of Topcashback Currys denied an approx £50 cashback in the middle of this year. I was advised topcashbackuk wasn't the last site to use when making the purchase. Now this is odd as I've stacked up nearly £1000 in cashback and I am a veteran of this website so I know what I am doing. This is the second time Currys have denied a claim from me (out of all retailers Currys are the worst), and due to the price of the purchase I took screen shots of each stage of my transaction showing the activation of cashback, using the topcashbackuk discount code offered all the way through to order confirmation (screen shot at each stage) and they still denied my cashback. I spoke to Currys direct and steered me back to topcashbackuk but they were also unable to help me. The kicker is Currys weren't the cheapest to purchase the item at the time but after cashback they were! I've been advised the decision is final and screenshots won't support my claim and also advised using cashback should not be used to make a purchase decision (to reduce the overall price) as cashback is not guaranteed - okay I get that now! So going forward it is recommended not to purchase item(s) which are either slightly more, and cashback would lower it, as you aren't guaranteed cashback and can be declined. Lesson learnt not to use Currys! What is also annoying is to be spoon fed how to use cashback via cookies/history deletion etc etc, as it's clear I've been doing this correctly for a long time as my historic purchases show. I would expect a newbie to fall foul of how to claim cashback but as Currys have declined for a 2nd time now (and none of the others I've claimed cashback for have declined) so I have to put this down to them not being honest.

	Voucher code on here worked Poor cashback percentage but gave a voucher code for discount that worked. Soon tracked and not too long till payable.

	They never pay out, avoid, avoid, avoid. Bought an appliance, but then declined to pay out saying that I was using an old code, this was Not true, they were just avoiding paying out, After a few emails back and forth to Top Cashback, they offered my 50% out of their own pocket, which was nice but Currys should have honoured their deal. Shame on you. Won't buy from them again.

	Got my Cash Back Eventually Disappointed that I had to contact the Customer Service team on a couple of occasions to get my cashback added to my account. It was added eventually, but I shouldn't have to chase, for other retailers it just works. So if ordering from Currys make sure you get your cashback It's a shame as Currys offer very good deals

	Did not honour the cashback promoted on Topcashback! Cashback initially tracked and got declined by merchant, contacted Topcashback as had done everything correct and clicked through from there. Currys responded saying “an unauthorised discount, promo, code, or offer was used/redeemed”. NOT TRUE I simply clicked through from Topcashback - very misleading and I won't ever trust them by shopping there again!

	Cashback On each occassion shopping through currys I have had to put in a missing cashback claim. They don't seem to recgonise that you have shopped through this site automatically. My cashback did come a so many nudges but I had to wait a while for the retailer to respond to get it. Definately don't recommend shopping with Curry's on this site.

	Codes advertised here don't work Well, turns out the codes advertised in TopCashback don't work on Currys. I am not sure why it's that, but it's very misleading.

	Tracking Lower than Purchase Price My £800+ Purchase from Currys has tracked at £200 less than the value of the order, nowhere does it state that this may be due to being with the exclusion of VAT or any services added on. I am hoping that it will reset to either the value of the product purchased (£759) or the full order by the time the pending stage ends. Currys should state why it tracks lower!

	Why do you always have to register a claim with Currys? Certain retailers do this (A particular DIY chain with an orange logo springs to mind), maybe in the hope you'll forget and miss out on the cashback. Top Cashback need to put systems into place to stop this from happening.

	avoid currys did not get promised cashback ,will chase out of principle..nothing to do with TCB they work very hard and hopefully they will help me get what was offered,if you want the cashback and Currys dont pay up, write a review

	Never tracks Never tracks for whatever reason. I've managed to successfully get the cashback through a missing transaction claim before but it's a very slow process, and judging by other comments, isn't guaranteed.

	Rejected - "couldn't find" my order Cashback initially didn't track, then the claim was rejected simply because they "couldn't find" my order number. The number provided was 100% correct and a chat agent on their site confirmed they were able to see it. So they rejected my claim with flat out no basis and we have no recourse. Incredibly disappointing when you've spent a large amount of money with them
