Currys = cashback scammers
Purchased a dishwasher using a special offer on TopCashback for large kitchen appliances over £400 (purchase price was £520) which should have given me around £40 cashback. Instead it's £4.33. Requested it to be corrected for five months, but Curry's refused to honour the deal without any explanation.

I bought the item in April and they have only just given me the discount.
I had to keep nudging top cashback to get in touch with Currys to pay the discount. It took over 2 months before they finally paid out.

Cleared cookies and purchased a TV fully online and collected the same day but cashback denied for no reason yet again. Dreadful company. I wouldn’t purchase anything from Currys on the basis on cashback.

No item, no explanation, no customer service, no call backs.....
Short version, made an online order, didnt arrive, contacted customer services TWICE who were completely clueless and useless, both times they said I would be called back within 48 hours TWICE, TWICE no one called me. Completely baffled by the incompetence and the apparent disinterest in completing a sale worth hundreds. Tried to send a formal complaint by email but the email address is no longer active. Contacted C.S. again to make a formal complaint and again told someone will get back to me in 48 hours.........the item has continuously showed as being in stock and available for delivery.......seems to be a complete waste of time.

Cashback declined
I purchased a LG OLED TV back in December from Currys. After comparing the price across various online stores Currys price (with the 10% cashback) came on top. Unfortunately, after a lot of back and forth the cashback got declined. My advice to everyone - do not include Currys cashback offer when comparing the price with other sellers, most likely it will get declined. Lesson learned the hard way.

Got there in the end
My daughter suggested I use this site and so I did so when I bought a new freezer. It took a few months to come through but eventually I received 10% of the purchase price without the VAT for my appliance.
I tried to follow the precise instructions on TopCashback site but transaction did not track but Topcashback team chased it for me and delivered in the end. Thank you

Good luck getting cashback!
Bought a laptop in November and, six months on, the latest estimate is that I have another five months to wait to receive it - although that estimate keeps changing. Top Cashback have just shrugged their shoulders. Not convinced I'll ever see it. Basically, see Currys cashback as a possible bonus rather than a given.

Currys was very slow.
The time for the cash back to be payable from Currys increased to 21 weeks. After 21 weeks had passed there was still no payment. I raised this with top cash back and they issued this themselves as a good will gesture. Top cash back were very quick at resolving this for me.

Bought a laptop in November and they still haven't paid out. TCB shouldn't let retailers drag claims out that long: it's a valid claim that's tracked properly, so why delay?

Took an age to settle, originally declined after disputing curry’s approved
Took Curry’s over 4 months to approve , originally declined, I disputed and they then approved after 4 months , this is the second time this has happened
