Bought a laptop from currys through topcash back as it stated 7% on all gaming laptops. They gave me less than 1% I put a missing topcash back ticket in March. It's now the end of October and i'm still waiting

Order a tv snd should have received 10% cash back but only received 1% put in a claim 5 months ago but still not received. Very disappointed in this as this was one of the reasons I bought the tv with this company. Have been totally put off as a result

Still waiting for correct amount of cashback. 1% given instead of 7%. it's been nearly seven months and still waiting for ticket to get resolved. I will not be purchasing anything from Currys again. Rubbish

I was initially told this was an 8% cashback offer expecting almost £132 but instead i got fobbed off with less than £15. Broke my trust so will never be doing another cashback offer with this retailer unless my case is opened and investigated. But I doubt it will re-open.

Bought a pc for £1200. Percentage of cashback was around 10% (roughly) and I got paid £11. Opened a ticket to get this sorted, it's now gone past the maximum length of time we are told it will be sorted and there is still no outcome. Currys is a joke.
