	Within the timeframe The transaction tracked and it was very straight forward to select an insurance provider. I would recommend Comparethemarket and use them again. Previously, I used another comparision site through Topcashback that rejected the transaction. Delighted with Comparethemarket.

	Denied my claim Compare the Market, frustrating company. Took 90 days to even send them my claim, then they took 6 weeks to say "no" even though I bought my house insurance through them. Topcashback offered me the full amount as "Goodwill gesture" but they shouldn't have to! Compare the Market should have paid out. This is not the first time it's happened with Compare sites, I think the fact when you buy insurance it forwards you to the companies site, and this breaks the cashback tracking.

	Avoid as don’t honour the cash back So I bought a home insurance police last June from them, and today I’ve found out they aren’t paying me for it even though I continue to pay my home contents insurance monthly in direct debit. I always clear my cookies , so there’s no reason to not pay out. I went straight through from tcb but it’s a cop out because they can avoid paying without a reason.

	Great deal Makes sense to do a price comparison for all my insurance needs so used Compare the Market. Not only did I get the best price and choice of insurance, also earned cash back on my purchase. Very happy.

	Good reliable service and some offers Used this to get some home insurance and got the best rate out of all the four big comparison sites, plus you get some 2 For 1 offers through their app.

	Pleasantly Suprised I was not sure if my purchase had tracked at first a few weeks later saw it on my dash board and a few weeks after the insurance started (about six/eight weeks after purchase) it paid out. Thank you

	All went smoothly I purchased home insurance via Compare the Market and was very happy to receive my cashback approx 10 weeks later. I've had problems getting cashback when I've used other comparison sites on TCB, so relieved this transaction went to plan.

	Variable experience I have received my cash back for home insurance and am very pleased. However, I have used them on two occasions for car insurance. The cashback for both of these were declined. I have no real explanation as to why. On one occasion, I went straight to Compare the Market website and the other via Topcashback. I'm not sure what went wrong. The experience this time was good and I received the money within a reasonable time scale.

	Got lucky I have managed to get my cash back for home insurance, this isn't always the case with top cash back and using comparison site. It a hit and miss whether it works or not, guess I just got lucky this time. Didn't need to chase up this time round.

	Avoid Declined twice. Had to answer all sorts of queries off TCB who then challenged them again and they paid out. Full marks to TCB Conclusion? They decline and hope you will go away. They are correct I will go away from this imposter ( Compare the market Home Insurance ) and would advise others to never use their link again. Too much hard work!!!

	Denied cashback despite meeting all criteria As with so many others, I started a new quote and purchased immediately following all terms and conditions, only to be told that I haven’t met the terms and my claim is denied. Do not use.

	Nope - rethink doing this Just had to open a claim with TopCashBack because 2 months later my cashback was declined despite the fact I followed all the conditions and took our new insurance. No idea if I'll get the cashback now but it'll be another 1 -3 months apparently for my claim to be looked into and confirmed. Hassle no one needs.

	No Complaints I took out a home insurance policy on 13/4/25. Cashback was due in around 100 days and it became payable in early July, which is roughly as predicted. Competitive quote, too. Others seem to have been less fortunate judging by the reviews.
