Three times cashback denied and many months to process claims
My last three orders have not been tracked, and I had to submit manual claims. Waited many months without a decision. Order dates: 26/07/2023, 15/10/2023, & 09/11/2023, final decision in April 2024. Total spend on 3 orders £222 @5.1% = I'm out £11.32.

Disappointed in one product and no cashback
I was expecting cashback of around £19 on my order of around £160. No cashback was given on the basis they said it either didn't qualify (it definitely did) or I'd used a voucher (I didn't), or TopcCashback wasn't the last click (it definitely was) The only thing I wonder is because Clinique asked me to sign up to an account, whether that made the Cashback claim null. Pretty disappointing.
I asked help TopCashback to intervene for me which they did very quickly and efficiently, but Clinique declined to honour their agreement
As for the products I bought, the Moisture Surge is lovely, goes on very easily and sinks in very quickly. The Smart Clinical Repair for eyes was no better than a basic eye cream and wasn't worth the money, it hasn't made any difference whatsoever.
Overall, a disappointing transaction.
