No cashback tracked after 10 days so had to fill out a missing claim. After reading previous reviews wish I hadn't purchased through them. Will not be buying from their website again

Waited 18 months for one cashback claimed which has been declined for no good reason, still waiting form confirmed cashback payout from 12 months ago - no longer buy from Clinique as they just offer high rates of cashback to get customers to buy but do not honour/pay claims

The Clinique products are excellent however i am very dissapointed at the time it takes for their cashback to be paid. I have just received my cashback for a purchase made in August 2018. There are a number of transactions since then still outstanding.

Still waiting for payment of cashback from 4 Nov 2017! Plus another transaction a couple of weeks later. Not very impressed with overall cashback experience with Clinique.

Very slow, all other retailers pay within a reasonable period. I made two transactions with Clinique last year, the one from October was paid after 6 months, the other one is still pending. I don't purchase anything from the website now and wouldn't recommend others to do so either.

Disappointed that my cashback was declined by this merchant because Topcashback wasn't the last site visited before my purchase. Don't know why they would say that and there's no way I can fight back so it's a good excuse. Thank you Topcashback for trying on my behalf.
