it says "faster paying estimate 9 weeks" but its nothing like that. Its been months and its only just gone to confirmed. So I would expect to wait a lot longer than the "average".

Messed up the order. No service for 1 whole month until they placed a new order and installed a new phone line. It was a big mess and they are still confused with the orders and what is happening. Of course no chuffing cashback was recorded either.
