Can't complain about the service from BT, everything delivered on time. The cashback has been hard to get tho. I had to submit a missing claim form but the cashback has now been credited to my account. Everything is now well!

Rubbish! I joined in December and was expecting £50. First a nil value amount of cashback turned up which never changed to the correct amount. Then on raising an enquiry the amount showed as £50 for 2 days only and then went back to 0.00!!! I have raised another enquiry but feel that BT have no intention of paying anything. Avoid!!!Oh yes and if you are hoping to get wireless connection with BT and are not a network specialist, forget about getting any help from Bt's helpdesks. I spent hours and hours on the phone to an Indian call centre and in the end gave up and relied on friends to halp me.

ordered broadband with bt . it was activated on 1st dec £50 appeared on topcashback site . guess what it has disappeared ! don`t bother with bt

Transaction didnt track initially. After reporting this the transaction was confirmed. However the £50 has now disappeared from pending and gone to zero in payable....i.e. BT refuses to pay. This retailer cannot be trusted for cashback as it seems many others have experienced the same problem.

I ordered the complete package from BT (phone/broadband/vision) via the link on topcashback site. IN OCTOBER 2008 I received emailed and txt confimrations direct from BT confirming my order for all three elements. When I hadnt heard anything re the install a week, later, I called BT, they couldnt trace the order, so I submitted the request again (online via topcashback site) Same thing happened, and so when I called BT they put the order in on the phone. That's when it became more trouble than it's been worth! BT got the whole order wrong, I now have 3 direct debits, the service has been dreadful. AND BT WITHDREW MY CASHBACK ON TOPCASHBACK WHICH I AM ENTITLED TO AS I PLACED THE ORDER WITH BT VIA THE SITE!!!!!!!!!!!

Although the transaction tracked immmediately with a zero amount, it has never moved to confirmed. Weeks later nothing has been confirmed let alone received. I have submitted a missing commission claim but am very disappointed as the £50 incentive was a big reason for switching provider.

Tracked very quickly (under 12 hours) and all I did was order it for a friend! BT due to switch it on in 2 weeks time.
