I had to ask topcashback to chase BT because they didn't track my order for about 6 weeks and then they said they wouldn't pay anything. Topcashback have obviously been in touch as BT are now stating that I will be paid £65. It remains to be seen whether I actually ever see the money though! Generally unhappy with BT, but not with topcashback.

Signed up for BT Infinity March 2011, the £50.50 cashback offer tracked the same day but will not become payable until August 2011, that's a 6 month wait, 3 months longer than it's supposed to take.
As fo the BT Infinity broadband experience, I'm very happy with the service, getting 37.5 Mbit/sec downloads, and 8.5 Mbit/sec uploads.

Supplied with the new BT hub with works excellent ,signal is brilliant and much stronger than the Orange livebox that i was using before plus with BT i also get free access to the BTfon wifi network when out and about.really pleased that i changed to the springdeal that they have been running of 4 months free and £13 a month plus the added bonus of £50.50 CASHBACK, BRILLIANT

Shocking customer service. Cut me off from existing telephone provider, then took them 6 weeks to connect me to their service, yet still charged me for the line rental. Promised Infinity speed currently less than 1/2 what it should be.
Advice is don't change your existing provider if you are happy.
