They say 11 weeks for a payout, I'm at 22 weeks now and still no sign. I won't be using them in future.

Two months on no cash back and been told no timescale so I should just be patient. This is not good customer service or good business practice. I don’t mind waiting but to be told to wait indefinitely is not on.
