Initially cashback was declined due to order number change from BT side. But missing cashback claim raised and issue resolved. Received cashback. BT Broadband is also very good. Definitely recommend using BT. Thanks to Top Cashback for providing the amazing offer.

Bought on 25 APR 2020, happy with the install as we needed to work from during COVID19 lockdown. Waited patiently for cashback, come to 13 NOV 2020 and BT declined cashback, no reason given. Have had to raise a customer services query as to why. If you're only buying this because of the cashback, don't! Get the best price with the lowest cashback in case the provider changes their mind.

Two months on no cash back and been told no timescale so I should just be patient. This is not good customer service or good business practice. I don’t mind waiting but to be told to wait indefinitely is not on.
