	Cash back didn’t track Contacted topcashback back who say British gas have 90 days to respond. I don’t expect this to be paid, although this is a contract which I have accepted and followed the process. If it’s not honoured I will submit a subject access request to top cash back to see why and take it further if necessary. British Gas says cash back will show after 3 bills have been generated though I was also told by one of them after 7 days so we will see. I won’t hold my breath, if I had opportunity again I wouldn’t have went here as could get similar deal elsewhere.

	British Gas do not honour cashback It has been a nightmare for over 7 months trying to get cashback from British Gas and is still not resolved. I am a long term experienced Topcashback user and followed correctly procedures. The problem is not with Topcashback who do their best but British Gas who do not honour their commitment. Their reason for turning it down are vague not giving a specific reason just saying that I did not meet the terms and conditions. I need to now follow this up to find the exact reason procedures were not followed. I expect them to come back with some technical reason such as browser change or third party used etc. I have other options to take it further if it is not resolved.

	Con company as usual Declined cashback stating terms not met.....the terms were simple and they are just saying it to not pay out using topcashback to encourage customers but then not paying out. Absolute cons

	Rubbish Tracked... and then declined..within 3 months. I cannot think of any reason why..but of course they dont feel they need one. If anyone is thinking of using them to get cashback.. i wouldnt bother.

	Stay clear of British Gas! British Gas claim that TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase. This is not true. I’m very careful to only have one browser and to purchase immediately. British Gas are stealing £50 from me!

	Not what you expect They quote £42.50 cashback if you switch toa dual fuel but only payout £21.25 and you have to chase it. Swapped over in February and still waiting for a resolution end of May.

	Conned me into buying I was promised a cashback of £20.25 for each fuel bought. I started a dual fuel contract but only received £20.25. I was therefore conned as I calculated the full £40.50 into the whole year equation

	Terrible. Signed up for a £98/month debit on a 2y contract and didn't get any cashback at all. Their online form didn't work as they couldn't find my address in their database (I live in Edinburgh). I had to phone them to complete the transaction, which invalidated the cashback.

	Changed to British Gas in May, there was no problem with the tracking but British Gas declined the cashback for no reason. I've raised a claim, so hopefully Topcashback can sort this, but its been two months since the claim went in and there's still no response from British Gas. At the moment my advice would be not to rely on British Gas honouring the cashback.
