Normally have no problem with them. This time my flight was cancelled due to weather and I was put on the next one. This seemed to have messed up the cashback. Had to submit a claim but it came through eventually!

Transaction did not track to begin with, and had to lodge a claim and wait ages (13 months since the initial transaction and almost 9 months after travelling) to get a resolution. TopCashBack staff helpful and kept me updated, however the merchant not swift in their actions.

Disappointed that I could not book extra legroom seats in advance, husband and I had to sit seperately on the return flight as there was only 1 extra legroom seat available the week before.

They have twice refused cashback despite fulfilling their terms and requirements, they lure you in, then refuse it later on. Poor customer service, I will spend my money elsewhere in the future.
