	Yet another non-tracked review I made two purchases on the same device within an hour (British Airways and Travelodge). The Travelodge tracked perfectly, the British Airways one didn't! Along with the other reviews on here, make your own mind up as to whether something dodgy is going on.

	Never tracks no matter how careful you are to follow the process I travel with BA a few times a year but it hardly ever tracks. Don’t rely on any cash back promises to sway you to choose BA.

	Never tracks British Airways seldom tracks. It isn’t worth bothering with using Topcashback for the BA website. If you absolutely have to fly BA, then book via Expedia, otherwise fly with an airline who may actually deliver on their cash back.

	Not tracking after 4 days Just spent around £3K with BA on two flights. No evidence this will track. I wish I had seen these reviews and gone with Singapore Air instead!

	Will only payout if you chase! TopCashback is great, but BA is terrible! They never pay out unless you submit a support request with TopCashback. They have also declined a lot of my transactions too. A reflection of a declining airline.

	Declined transaction. All rules followed, expensive trip and BA declined the transaction stating that my order could not be traced. But say me and my family on the plane and in the hotel with the same order number. Disgusting that some company's seem to offer incentive but never pay out

	British Airways Never Pay Spent a small fortune with BA, despite providing their own booking reference on multiple flights and holidays they have not recognised one. Do not use this link. You are better off using Expedia who are honest and do pay out when you book via them.

	Shows as 0£ cashback I bought four flights, altogether 1500£ but the cashback pending shows as 0£!!

	Tracked fine ; just declined many months later Several transactions declined after tracking perfectly fine . In a nutshell , they don’t pay out for genuine transactions which have order numbers and tracked fine

	Declined numerous times and cannot submit a missing cash back request Have flown numerous time with BA, purchases have been tracked just fine as they show in my earnings but then they are declined with no further reason. Seems I can't also submit a missing cash back claim for this retailer. Bit of a joke really, seems disingenuous to have them on this site if they don't pay out.

	Waste of time expecting any Cashback I accessed the BA site via Topcashback, I got a confirmation of tracking, and screen shot. Never got any cashback No notifications even though I had proof When you submit a 'Missing cashback' TCB gives you a message that "this retailer does not allow claims for missing cashback" All in all a waste of time. British Airways is a farce, they shouldn't be on this site as a merchant Topcashback should be taking them off their site as they are as useful as a chocolate teapot... I'll be using a different voucher/cashback site next time to see if it actually works

	Don't rely on them to pay Tried four times with BA, latest was a 2k holiday that didn't even track despite me only using Topcashback. Two others declined, one pending for more than a year before being declined.

	Declined cashback. I was due almost £100 cashback from BA after meeting all the criteria, however this was declined without justification. Not even worth the 1 star rating.

	Unable to claim cashback, there is an order number to be found in myticket I bought a flight directly through their website. However , when I try to claim the missing cashback I am required to provide an order number which there isn't anywhere!

	Why is this still being used if no cashback ever received Spent £5,000 and when raised received a message stating 'on ice' until October 2025 whatever that means.

	Declined no reason Booked 3 World Traveller Plus return flights in Jul (flights taken in Nov/Dec) and just had cashback declined with no reason. Went to raise a claim and got a message that claims are not accepted by this retailer. Suggest using other options if available.
