	Really difficult to get Cashback Cashback doesn't track or is declined, flew in November with BA and was declined - couldn't remember the offer so couldn't check that it was valid so had to accept, however booked again in Spring for Autumn flights and took screenshots of the offer, now on hold because TC can't progress the claim until I've flown... not made clear in the offer that you won't get cashback til you've taken the "product". I've paid, whether I get on the flight or not makes no difference as my flights are non refundable.

	Great cashback to go with my holiday My Cashback tracked perfectly, I always make sure I am accepting cookies as I click through and I have no issues.

	Just never tracks Most other retailers work fine, oh, but never BA. The budget airline makes rules that mean it is never worth the trouble now, the loosely worded after VAT (and surely you mean Before VAT?) amount, the shorthaul v longhaul threshold - what used to be a simple attempt to earn a little cashback along with a purchase becomes a tedious task with them. Coupled with the decline in actual service and experience on the flight, not worth the trouble.

	Pointless offering any cashback offers if purchase doesn't track Despite clicking through TCB, after a year the result has come back as 'no record of transaction through TCB'! It is pointless offering ANY cashback offers if the thing won't track!

	No payment Spent over 5k through TC & apparently they weren’t the final referrer. Neither company comes out of this well.

	Terrible - Never Tracks - Don't waste your time I have now joined the club, 11 months of waiting after it was denied and starting a missing cashback claim through TopCashback get the same stock message as everyone else. Don't bother or expect anything from them. TOPCASHBACK - DO BETTER - DROP THIS RETAILER IF THEY'RE NOT GOING TO PAY, THEY'RE RUINING YOUR BRAND TOO.

	Order not found Like all others after a long wait (year) my order was not 'found' sadly this is happening with more of the ones that offer £s than your usual pence cash back.

	Nothing Same as everyone else, "cannot be found". In fairness I'm only using BA until I get rid of my 500k Avios because they've run the company into the ground.

	They won't payout I have three open tickets with British Airways, one has just comeback with the message "Your order was not found in the purchases Topcashback referred", yet the transaction (with correct date and time of purchase) appears in all of the dropdowns when raising claims, etc. So either British Airways are lying (which they do when flights are delayed) or TCB are making mistakes when sending lists of transactions. British Airways should be removed and TCB should be doing more to get people their cashback.

	Just avoid. I've tried to use this BA offer for flights on 3 separate bookings now and every time I flag that the offer hasn't been tracked in my account the claim is rejected by BA. I would just avoid it. TCB should really remove all BA offers, it looks like many others are having the same issue.

	cashback declined after a long wait cashback was declined. It seems that cashback with BA is very likely to fail to track.

	Another victim of the British Airways Top Cashback Scam! Do not expect your Cashback! After waiting 11 months for my Cashback I too have received the vague your Cashback has been declined as “Your order was not found in the purchases TopCashback referred.” I have screenshots of my order showing TopCashback and these were never asked for. This prompted me to see the reviews and feel that this is clearly some scam with the Cashback not being paid as judging by all the reviews and the numbers posted over a short period. Also I have used TopCashback for years and seems there is always issues with the large cash payout’s . The smaller amounts go through no problem yet larger amounts need claims or tickets raising. Do not use TopCashback for British Airways you will not be paid and think twice for any promises of large payouts.

	Dont Bother with CAshback, wont pay out NO use going through TCB , better off booking with some one else , as with most retailers they wont pay out despite , order numbers being available ,they reject claims saying it cant be tracked to TCB utterly ridicolous !! another one of those unscrupolous retailers, that lure you in with high cashback offres then never pay out

	Very disappointing Had to wait over a year to be told that BA did not accept the claim as did not refer correctly from TopCashBack site. Funny how it works for all other provider. At what point do Top Cash Back stop advertising.

	Tracking but not paying out is becoming a theme... Like many other recent reviews have seen BA decline 2 validly tracked flight and holiday bookings, of several thousand pounds. Vague excuse given by TCB - "we're not seen as the referrer for this transaction"... Really not acceptable.
