Booked two return seats back in Jan 2017 for a flight to Nice in September. Went to declined state almost immediately, and although missing cashback claim submitted, I'm not holding my breath. This is not the BA of old, this airline now modelling itself on Ryan Air.

I have now had 3 transactions declined by BA - all saying they 'weren't the last merchant' despite me having gone straight through tcb links as usual. Very disappointing and unfair. I will avoid in future.

Looks like when you make a complaint about the service you receive on the aircraft, they then refuse the cash back if you have a missing cash back claim. Thanks BA for your great service as always.
