BA don't offer cash back simply on flights. They have so many restrictions on how / when / price of booking that you do not earn cash back

This holiday was booked Oct 2015, taken Mar 2016, but cashback only arrived Aug 2016. I think BA can do better than that!

Very disapointed with BA. Used to be my preferred airline, but no longer. Had an issue with incorrect receipts and had a very poor experience with the complaints process. Havent used them since, using Flybe, ryanair now

Transaction was completed after clearing cookies and not via price comparison websites. Cashback was declined anyway. I'd love to see the reason why, but I'd be amazed if it was a genuine reason. Be careful with these.

Transaction didn't track. First time I've used BA on Topcashback. No problem with any other merchants for several years. All details given for 'Missed Transaction' enquiry and nothing has happened for 3 months. Disappointing, especially as it was an expensive booking and I was banking on cashback.
