Cashback transaction tracked but they refused to payout. claimed they could not find the booking-what a joke. I can put in the booking reference and everything appears. Some companies will do anything not to pay out and can be somewhat dishonest or incompetent!

Always try and book with British airways however am still waiting for cash back from last year. Trip booked Jan 17 and travelled aug 17. Also just booked a trip this year which yet again hasn’t tracked

Tracked immediately then declined. Put in missing claim and advised that ba would look again after holiday. Refused cashback. Followed all the criteria but still refused.

Booked a flight and hotel package expecting cash back, and this was one reason I chose to book with BA. The transaction tracked, but after the holiday was completed BA declined to pay out, saying that it had been cancelled! Despite TCB querying this on my behalf, BA still refused to pay out.
