Cashback tracked really quickly, however despite payout estimate being 15 weeks I am now up to 36 weeks and it still hasn't moved to confirmed.

I am giving this a poor review because whilst i have a payout from flights in December 2014, i am still waiting for my payout for flights in September 2014!

BA cancelled the flights I had booked through TCB and reallocated me to new flights and I now leave from a difference airport. They have not refunded the parking costs I have incurred and cannot change. The TCB cash back was declined due I think to the booking change. I can find no way to appeal to TCB. Poor service all round.

Booked a holiday a couple of months ago and paid the deposit. It certainly tracked but did not become payable. Have had to raise a support ticket with TCB, but no progress after a month. Quite concerned that this will not be paid, as it's quite a lot on money. Will certainly not use BA again, as I can do without the hassle.

These turds changed the times of my flight and when we decided to therefore change the day of the flight so that we could actaully fly at the time we wanted, they said we had 'changed the booking' and used it as an excuse not to pay the piffling £15 cashback when we had spent thousands on a BA holiday.

Declined cashback, despite tracking with correct order number that their system sent back to TCB. TCB support less than helpful. Might have to use alternate sites, as they don't seem to like paying out the larger amounts.

Payout has never tracked first time and always have to raise a case after the holiday. Recently they only paid out the smaller amount and not the £40 they still owe me. DON'T EVER RELY ON CASHBACK FROM BA

Shockingly bad retailer for paying cashback. Will do everything they can to avoid paying, 4 times either no tracking or declined payment. Not worth the time and effort spent chasing the claim.

I booked an all inclusive holiday with BA through Top Cashback and it was several months before the cashback became payable. Also, I was told it was only payable at 1% when I know the offer on the day I booked was for 2.02%. Not happy with the experience.
