The Worst Company on TopCashback! They often try and find a way to refuse a transaction even when it tracks properly. Payouts are made but refusal rate is way higher than payouts. Very disappointing

Forget it. They refused to pay out my legitimate claim point blank. Their loss as I take around 20 flights a year, no longer with them!

British Airways took my money in advance via credit card for a hotel booking. The cashback showed as being due on my account. Several weeks later, British Airways denied my cashback claim. After 6 months, I got a message from TCB telling me that British Airways denied that I had made the booking through TCB. This is utter rubbish. Lesson learnt is not to book anything on BA through TCB.

Spent well over a £1000 with this merchant. Almost a year later in spite of an ongoing query and the amount appearing as confirmed.......did not get my cashback.

£28.87 appear still as NOT AVAILABLE, even though we already returned from our trip. Almost £30 that don't appear on our account, and no news whatsoever.

Its been 14 months since I paid almost £5000 on a holiday and cashback claim is still showing as waiting for merchant... awful cashback experience and a long time to wait for a meagre amount of cashback (under £30 for a £4000+ holiday)

Purchased our long haul flights in October but it did not track my status so I lodged a claim which I am still waiting to hear back from. I purchased a holiday last month and again it did not track my cashback. I have used this site on numerous occasions and am aware of how it works but this is the first time I've had an issue with a merchant twice. Not sure if anyone else has had the same problem.

Holiday booked and paid for in full over a year ago. Cashback tracked correctly at first then then suddenly cancelled. Topcashback advised me to wait until date of holiday had passed and then they would try to claim again. The holiday was 3 months ago, and still nothing!

Extremely disappointing - I fly with BA several times a year, purchased some tickets, paid, transaction tracked immediately but was then cancelled by BA. I have valid tickets, money was taken from my card, all is legit and kosher but no cashback for me?! I am an adult with busy life and no time to argue, chase, beg, threaten, complain Ijust want to be treated seriously if I pay money and promises to be kept. All in all - u n h a p p y.

Shocking waited a year and then payment refused oh I am so glad I spent 1500 on ba and they couldn't even pay out 20 quid. Very poor and 1star too much.

Click through shows accurately but cashback declined as "not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction". TCB is the only referral site used for BA so this is simply not true.

Booked holiday with British Airways and it showed cutback on £55 approx. Nearly 7 months on and it still hasn't paid and the amount is now pending at £21? Have submitted support tickets and still nothing.

not good at all, the payment took far too long to access and also the first price quoted mysteriously reduced by approx 30% before it was paid. I feel conned.

spent £501 on holiday in May 2014, tracked correctly for £25, no progression, much correspondence with topcashback, then declined, raised support ticket, finally declined September 2015 with following message After looking into your claim further for you, I am sorry to tell you that your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction. As I am sure you can appreciate, if we have not been identified as the last referral, the merchant does not pay the cashback to ourselves so we are unable to pass this back onto you. Unfortunately, as this is the nature of cashback, we cannot guarantee that you will always be successful in retrieving your cashback, although we do strive to recover as many as the missing claims as we can. Please be assured that we have tried our hardest to recover your expected cashback for this claim by exploring all channels with no success. I am very sorry that we were unable to claim your expected cashback for you on this occasion and we are as disappointed as you on this decision. I hope future transactions run smoothly for you in the future. Best Wishes, Sam
