I have purchase a few times through top cash back for boots, everytime the cash back hasn't tracked and I have submitted claims. When submitting a claim with Boots you have to submit seperat claims for each purchase type. I don't know where to put things that could be classed as several items such as cotton wool. Needless to say the claims have always been rejected. Use Superdrug, they are cheaper and the claim always track.
