The retailer website is sometimes unresponsive especially when promotional points are offered. However, when I did get my order through, the goods were delivered faster than expected and the cashback tracked well

Dreadful! I've just been told that Boots 'doesn't do cashback' except with paypal by a customer service representative and she even checked with her supervisor! What's more I've just spent several hours trying to make an online order but they are having major problems with their site. Anyone else experiencing difficulties? She said it might be because i am using a cash back site?
