Never had a problem with Boots online service. Always prompt and reliable. Shame you can't add the Boots points online though, this has to be done in store, and last 2 visits the machine was out of order!

Mixed feelings about the tracking for Boots purchases. I made two purchases, both over £100 with few days gap between them. The first one wasn't tracked while the second one was. I've launched an enquiry, so hopefully that'll be resolved.
