Tracked the next day....my order was delivered 2 days later but my only gripe is that they have used an independent courier company which was a man in a car with his family and my parcel stank of smoke plus it was delivered at 8.30pm

No problem, hassle free online shopping experience. Cashback tracked without issue. Only problem with Boots online is that you have to take your Boots Reward Card into a store to update your points from online purchases. It would certainly be an improvement if card was updated online, and better still if you could spend points on boots.com too
