got a text on the morning of the delivery saying that they had tried to deliver the package the night before but no one was in and they had left a card. I was in and no card was left.

I've ordered three times in the last month with Boots and thought they were great in tracking. Got the correct amount credited less than 24 hours later every time. But when the first cashback-amount got payable, they replaced it with £0.00! There is no explanation why, I haven't cancelled my order later on or returned it to the shop. Quite annoyed with them now and just hope, that the other 2 cashbacks will be fine.
