They have a system error. Previously I paid full hotel charge in advance but I did not stay at the hotel. Booking.com informed me that the hotel was "cancelled" so they cannot pay me any cashback... That's ridiculous as no matter if I stayed in the hotel or not, I already paid the full amount, therefore I should be eligible for the cashback.
