Whilst I have never had any problems eventually receiving the cashback , it is the length of time it takes which has prompted me to rate it 3 stars. I have just waited one whole year to receive cashback which I think is too long. I booked my accommodation last Jan and paid for it last April . This was a non refundable deal. However because I did not stay in the accommodation until last October, I had to wait another 60 days taking it to Jan this year.

Cash back commission not the best but the service is second to none. The hotel in France that I booked had made an error and was full but Booking.com had it sorted in minutes by finding a nearby hotel, with better facilities for the same price. I was very impressed
