Be careful claiming your cash back from this retailer. They don't decline transactions that you have cancelled/refunded then they pay out and claim it back from your TCB balance when you least expect it.

Seemed very slow to pay even 3 months after we'd stayed at the hotel. I contacted Customer Services at Topcashback who said they would check - and now the money's come through. Understand that as you can cancel bookings they don't pay until you've stayed but hope I won't have to chase up next time!

Don't waste your time, twice they've tried to cheat me, if they can find anything to welch on the deal they will, there's plenty of other reputable companies
