Merchant deferred cashback and then declined. Can't claim as over 100 days old. Presume it's because I used a discount code, but it was approved as the link said 'code and cashback'. Happened on 4 occasions. Also ordered a product that never arrived, when I contacted customer services was told order was cancelled as no stock, but they hadn't bothered to notify me. Good sale offers but no good for cashback.

Very poor cash back and tracking. Merchant is quick to decline cash back! and does not pay the correct amount.

Tent i ordered arrived without poles, customer service is impossible to contact been waiting over two weeks and minimal or no response to resolving my issues. I would not buy from them again.
