returned some goods purchased on the internet that were the wrong size, 5 items in total was served by an assistant called Melisa, she helped me find the bigger sizes & sorted the paperwork with the manager, the customer service I received this morning was the best I have received in this country,I travel a lot in the states & customer service is world renowned, you have a team in your Metrocentre shop that are on a level par with american customer service, I normally shop online but I will in future go to this store in future,Many thanks to the staff for a very pleasant experience.
