	Merchant deferred cashback and then declined. Can't claim as over 100 days old. Presume it's because I used a discount code, but it was approved as the link said 'code and cashback'. Happened on 4 occasions. Also ordered a product that never arrived, when I contacted customer services was told order was cancelled as no stock, but they hadn't bothered to notify me. Good sale offers but no good for cashback.

	Tent i ordered arrived without poles, customer service is impossible to contact been waiting over two weeks and minimal or no response to resolving my issues. I would not buy from them again.

	Misleading I was awarded a lower amount than was advertised. On raising this with TopCashback it was reduced further, and despite my request for clarification I haven't heard anymore.

	Terrible service Terrible service, ordered over £200 of goods via Top Cashback, some of the order turned up, most didn't. Chased over 2 months, no reply to emails, no goods and now refusing to refund unless close any complaints/ reviews I have open.

	They don’t deserve even 1 star as they have not fulfilled their agreement as I did not receive the amount that I was entitled to. They have not provided any evidence to support their decline to pay whereas I have evidence to prove that I purchased the goods and have paid in full for them. Quite disgusted really

	Less cashback became payable than was previously on the dashboard in the pending. No reason given. Not very impressed by this.

	Ordered nearly £300 worth of camping equipment, at first they didn't even send the tent, just providing a note with the other bits saying'by the way the tent is out of stock so we'll refund the money' not much use having the other stuff. When i called them they said it was incorrect and they do have them so dispatched one. Then the cashback tracked at £20 less than expected, raised missing cashback claim and have now received a random £2.33 cashback. Going to give up, can't be bothered to chase it.

	### DO NOT USE ### Tracked ok but refused to pay out by saying my purchase had been made through another referral site - not so - I only use TCB - look in most recent feedback and you'll see many examples - avoid!!!!
