Declined for no reason
Don’t be part of Topcashback if you keep declining everyone’s purchases! Declined my purchase of full price earrings, only a £3.25 cash back but the principal of being well within the terms and conditions with no payout is robbery. I’ll avoid buying from them for the foreseeable.

My cashback was classed as untracked, I spent over £250 should of received over £25 cash back, received not a penny . Don't waste your time .

Dishonourable and miserly
Declined cashback yet full priced product purchased which was mediocre and more expensive than alternatives - Merry Xmas Scrooge Ltd - will avoid and tell all my friends to avoid if expecting this shower to be true to their word.

Still awaiting cashback - awful Customer service
Still awaiting cashback over 2 months after a full price purchase. This is not an insignificant amount and suggests as per other examples of other poor reviews that the cashback promised does not seem to happen, thus indicating a lack of integrity and customer promise. Nudging Top Cashback seems to have no effect, they need to ensure that their retail partners and offers on their platform are genuine.

Realistically this should be a zero star review but you don’t get that option.
Bought an item for nearly £500 and no cashback was paid. No reason given, and I didn’t use any vouchers in my purchase and there’s no logical reason why cashback wouldn’t be due. Same thing last Dember too (2022). Won’t be using them again.

Don't bother! Spent £1800 on a watch and was declined cashback for no other reason then Beaverbrooks deeming it not eligible - apparently if you use a £50 off member voucher they decline! Missed out on £180! Absolute joke..wouldn't use them again..should have bought from Goldsmiths!
