When we arrived at B & Q, our reserve & collect order was not where it should have been. After waiting some time for someone to help us, we got the item from the shelf ourselves. This experience made us wonder if we would have been contacted if the item had been out of stock. It would have been very annoying if this had been the position as we had driven 15 miles to the B & Q store. Fortunately, the item was in stock anyway.

Tracked quickly. The store didn't actually have my item reserved whne I got there so I just bought one off the shelf. The cashback still was confirmed and paid though.

Hmmm not impressed but mainly with the local store (Snipe Retail park, Ashton) we used to collect the goods from, very unhelpful staff, work surfaces purchased were of a poor standard etc Decided to take the items back to a different B&Q and were very happy with the service received at the Hyde & Stockport branchs.

Reserved 2 doors. I went to collect them and they only had 1.suspect they don't have a dynamic stock counter that instantly updates.wouldn't use east Kilbride store again(staff hopeless)
