The cashback was not applied. I had to get topcashback to chase the payment for me! They did this quickly on my behalf and thankfully the payment is showing as pending. Had much better experience with Sainsbury and Next.

I ordered a bathroom suite from b&q in Kings Lynn and about two weeks after it was delivered, just as it was about to be fitted noticed a chip in the bath, I phoned the shop and they arranged for it to be exchanged within the hour, thats what I call good service. Its was only one of the cheaper suites and I got £2 cash back for reserve and collect even though I phoned and had it delivered after ordring it.
