Cashback declined for no evident reason. Also, my partner signed up to Azimo a couple of years ago and it took 1 1/2 years and endless chasing before the cashback finally materialized. We will stick with TransferWise in future.

Liars, do not pay cashback as I'm sure they now view it as unsustainable. TCB proved useless in getting what is due to their customer so double whammy here

I never received any cashback from Azimo despite raising a claim. I wrote to the company and received no reply. I have used their services which were satisfactory. However, nobody trusts a company that do not reply to complaints and just ignores the customer!

I registered in this site for transfer some money from an account of Spain (in euros) to an account of Uk(in pounds) and I'm not able to complete the transfer. When I try to set up a new recipient, with data of my account of UK and I click in continue, screen always refresh and I can't continue. They don't reply by email or chat.

Transaction did not track, so i submitted a missing claim. Just learnt azimo have declined to honour this so i feel really disapointed with them. There is no reason why they should not have paid up and responded in good faith to the missing claim. As a result i will not be using azimo for money transfers on principle. By not paying what you said you would you have lost a customer.

terrible - after a transaction of greater than £1000 1 month on and there has been no tracking, no response from Azimo after submitting claim. Avoid and use Transferwise instead
