Expected cashback was £25 but received only £15. Transfer rates are fine but they took 6 days to transfer my money abroad.

Lets get this very clear from the start...if I could give Azimo “MINUS” 5 stars I would have! If I could it would go someway to re-balance the quite clear "boiler room" fake 3/4 word 5 star reviews on here! In all honesty I really do not know whose worse here. Azimo with its lower exchange rate by going through Topcashback and its non payout strategy..or Topcashback by having them on their site and devaluing the whole cashback experience. Out of the 10 friends that I know on Topcashback only One has attained a measly payout. The rest have had the same excuse given by Topcashback regarding non cashback that ”…as the (Azimo’s)network has not identified ourselves (Topcashback) as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction…” In other words thanks for your business now run along and don’t bother us again. Despite the fact that all have played the game with clearing cookies etc etc. Please, please do not join Azimo expecting £50 cashback because you stand a pretty poor chance and that won’t cover the lower transfer into the currency you want. What an appalling unfair and ridiculous state of affairs!

Terrible experience. The purchase took place in early April, and more than 8 months down the line, they have finally paid up. I think it was supposed to be £30 for new clients though, but I only received £15
|
