Easy & quick transfer but to my surprise cashback declined & no reason given, i think topcashback as they get bigger, more cashback is being kept by them & not paid to us!

My worst buy so far on cashback, first it was missing and finally paid less cashback then what was advertised. There are other providers with better exchange rates but with promised cashback they were OK or at par but with what they have paid it was an exchange at loss. Avoid them unless they deal with their issues in a better way

our transaction paid out £0 instead of £21,our fee free transaction ended up costing £12 and our transfer was returned 2 weeks later because Azimo did not complete the transfer and still charged us £12 for not doing it.They have said that we can have our next transfer fee free but that is not what the advert states.Are they regulated?!
