Cash back declined because they only approve for certain countries. Make sure you read their fine print hidden in the 3rd box before you buy through them.

Purchase in respect of July 2017 hire. Hung for many months at 0.00 and only 'confirmed' (at 0.00) in last week - ie over 10 months later. Despite transaction being completed, no cashback and TCB informed me that this merchant will not respond to queries.

Topcashback are quite open that the amount will track at £0.00 until the completion of the hire. However, my transaction went to Payable at £0.00, I didn't do any of the things that normally have cashback declined. It seems as though this "tracking at £0.00" is a ploy to try to get you to forget that they still owe you. Either way, if my experience is anything to go by, use a different hire company.

For some unknown reason our recent transactions have been declined or confirmed as zero cashback, even when we had to cancel a booking and didn't get a refund, so they kept the money and the car.

Cashback declined twice now. Also customer service has really gone down hill to what it was - had problems with ourrental and it was painful to get even the meanest amount of compensation our of them - despite being driven to contacting their CEO. Sad because they used to be excellent years ago - now they are just driven by greed for profit

Do not bother refused to pay cash back after we hired a car or 4 weeks in Canada, saying they had changed thier systems! Cheated us out of £80 cash back! Do not book with them if you want your cashback!!

Booked 2 cars in May 2016 for collection from Jersey airport and was offered over 11% cashback! However after 15 'nudges', messages to tcb and 18 months later I am informed this is an 'unconfirmed sale' and no cashback will be paid, tcb can take the matter no further. I feel completely let down by all parties concerned and would not recommend this company.

Should be zero starts, Did not honour cashback as Avis changed their marketing channel after my transaction was completed. Do not recommend. Europcar honoured my transaction

Appalling. Have two outstanding claims with Avis through Top Cashback and have been told Avis refuse to honour claims with Top Cashback now. Very disappointing as they still have a cashback offer from Avis of 8.4% available on the website.

Chose to book a weeks car hire through Avis because of the 8.4% cashback on offer. Followed all instructions, and found that a week after our completed booking (i.e. we'd returned the car), cashback had been confirmed as £0. Raised a support ticket as apparently you are unable to raise a declined claim with TopCashback for Avis, and was advise that they are not currently accepting any cashback claims. Others have said to be patient with this one, but I'm not convinced! Beware when booking!
