Asda not so good at paying cashback.A few payments have been declined with no reason why.Naughty Asda.Have to give it 1 star as it won't let me leave a comment otherwise.Not happy.

What has happened to ASDA Customer services they appear to of moved from South Africa to India and customer services have taken a severe nose dive! They used to have an efficient customer services that would help and solve any problem. Recently dealing with customer services has been a major struggle, they either do not know the answer or can not be bothered to find out the answer.

Awful so far - this was my first time using Topcashback and I was supposed to get £10 cashback if I ordered the Tommee Tippee bottles through George which I did and I have not received my cash back for £10 - only recived £0.21p. Disappointed so chasing up with Customer Services for an update.

The George cashback experience used to be really good but now it is dreadful. None of my purchases track correctly any more. I have four missing cashback claims waiting to be resolved at the moment.

Cash back tracked fine to begin with but then declined at last minute. Resubmitted a claim which took 4months to clear. Rubbish!

Order placed for click and collect. After a few days had heard nothing - no email / text telling me of any delay. Tracking info just said that there was a delay with no new expected date. Email sent to support team querying the delay - had no response. After 8 days I get an email telling me I have returned goods ( I haven't yet received). Customer Services can not really give me a satisfactory reason and offer a derisory £3 good will. I have to reorder. Sadly, this is not the first time that this has happened.

Ordered a set of garden furniture. Cancelled the order and reordered alternative. For some reason the cashback tracked and was paid at a lower amount on the cancelled item. The cashback due on the item I bought has been declined as not meeting terms and conditions. Ordered both through exactly the same procedure. Ended up with £7.32 cashback instead of £21.99!

I DIDNT GET MY CASH BACK !!!! I purchased good from George APPROX £70 + saying it can`t be tracked ?? Very odd !! as I went through THIS CASH BACK SITE, They have however never paid out... its a shame as it put me off purchasing from George again....
