Last two transactions have not tracked, however George ordering process is easy, returns are simple but watch for your refund if needed, I had to chase - keep your return receipt!

Worst company ever, keeps declining my cashback after a few weeks with no explanation!!! Asda shouldn't be allowed on this topcashback they are False advertising!!!

Used to be good, tracking and paying out on time. But my last couple of orders cashback has been declined for no obvious reason. Luckily cashback was only for small amounts.

A while back ordered garden furniture. It arrived damaged had had to be returned for replacemen. Got replacement however cash back was declined as original order had been returned. Not the cystimers fault and obviously replacement order not tracked

Total FAIL. Slow to process my transaction (so don't know where they get thier Fast Tracking from?) .... And then after a lengthy delay the transaction was declined with no reason given and they have no Follow Up procedure in place for this merchant! That will teach me for doing a Big Spend at George via this Cashback site. Sorry ... but I can not recommend this Merchant for Cashback ... more like CashLess. Total Fail!

I am having lots of ungoing problems with Asda George. I buy a lot of childrens clothing from here. I often buy two sizes in some items, try them on my children and keep the best fitting ones- returning the others. Asda then seem to quite often decline the cash back, even though I have kept some of the items.
