I've done cashback three times now through George. 1st and 2nd time it didn't track. Filed a missing cashback for 1st and got it; 2nd has a missing cashback claim going through so ? And 3rd I've only just done so we'll wait and see. Cashback is a bonus I know but it is a bit annoying when you do it as they ask and it still doesn't track and needs chasing up all the time. Maybe I'm just one of the unlucky ones. On a very positive note can't fault the quality or the price! :-0

I will not shop with this retailer, the experience was an absolute nightmare! No confirmation email. No record of my order. Money taken out on my account. Took me over a week to get goods/sort things out. It was only meant to be collection in store (no big problem in my opionion)!
Finally received goods. Items all good quality. It's a shame!

Have no problems with receiving my goods from George, but haven't had any cashback from them on both of my 2 orders. Each time I have had the usual 'fob-off' response from Topcahback that George is refusing the cashback. Despite going through exactly the same procedure as I do for all my hundreds of Topcashback purchases, George simply refuse to pay without giving a specific individual reason. Poor show George!

overall experiance is only a 4 because of 2 problems. The delivery company lost a large order and one order was sent to store instead of my home. Customer services was ok. Had been promised call backs but did not get them so rated it lower than could have. I would have expected higher cash back for large orders. quailty l gave a 5 but that is not enough as l have clothes that have lasted longer from here compaired to higher priced stores.

If I see items in store I wish to purchase from George, I go through Top Cashback and order them on-line. I have the goods delivered to my local store to save on postage. Items are normally available for collection within 3/4 days.
