The srevice is great. By ordering online what I was going to buy in store anyway, you feel less uilt for that cheeky treat. Collection in store 2 days later for no delivery charge is great.

Ordered a set of garden furniture. Cancelled the order and reordered alternative. For some reason the cashback tracked and was paid at a lower amount on the cancelled item. The cashback due on the item I bought has been declined as not meeting terms and conditions. Ordered both through exactly the same procedure. Ended up with £7.32 cashback instead of £21.99!
