I use topcashback quite a bit for online shopping, but for whatever reason when I buy from George it never automatically updates that I have bought items through topcashback & I have to lodge a claim for the monies due. Only have this issue with George website.

Have made 19 orders with George never tracked and topcashback will not chase georgeASDA even though I supplied all order numbers etc and the visits were logged on TCB , to be fair George doesn't track on another cashback site either and they wont chase claims. George should be taken off the site but TCB wants the traffic

I will not shop with this retailer, the experience was an absolute nightmare! No confirmation email. No record of my order. Money taken out on my account. Took me over a week to get goods/sort things out. It was only meant to be collection in store (no big problem in my opionion)! Finally received goods. Items all good quality. It's a shame!

I paid for my items at the point of ordering and chose to have my items delivered to the store, so that I could pick them up when doing my weekly shop. ASDA sent me an email detailing when they expected my items to arrive, they wouls also send me a text. I did not receive an email or a text. I had to call the customer services department to find out where the items were. ASDA does not have an email address, bizarre for an online shop. I went to pick up my items and the sales assistants told me that I needed my order number and that it would be in the text sent by ASDA. Explained to sales girl I had to chase ASDA up to find my order therefore no text, also explained that I had already paid for these items. Showed them my card and it was the card that I paid with. They eventually let me have my items. Almost 1 week later I received an email from ASDA happily informing me that my order was ready grrrr! Poor service and will not be using again. Cashback is pending though so that is something at least.

disappointed that to return unwanted items with asda you as a customer have to pay - it seems to indicate you are not allowed to return free to the store if they have been sent to you in the post - very unusual for a large company amd it will stop me from ever ordering online with asda again
