Order placed for click and collect. After a few days had heard nothing - no email / text telling me of any delay. Tracking info just said that there was a delay with no new expected date. Email sent to support team querying the delay - had no response. After 8 days I get an email telling me I have returned goods ( I haven't yet received). Customer Services can not really give me a satisfactory reason and offer a derisory £3 good will. I have to reorder. Sadly, this is not the first time that this has happened.

The srevice is great. By ordering online what I was going to buy in store anyway, you feel less uilt for that cheeky treat. Collection in store 2 days later for no delivery charge is great.
